Giving

Why do we give?

As believers, our purpose for work is not to increase personal status or wealth; rather it is out of a heart of worship for God that we work hard. Our heart for financial stewardship is sourced from the same place - worship of God. Giving is a symbol of our worship and a reminder of these truths:

• God has given us everything we have and everything we are.
• We trust in His goodness and provision for our lives.
• Giving is a picture of our faith in God and our belief in the gospel.
• Our focus in giving is not our own glory, but the glory of God.
• We give cheerfully, from a heart of love, just as God has given to us.
• We give as a demonstration that our treasure is in heaven rather than earth.

If you prefer to give by cash or check, we welcome you to drop off your gift in the offering plate during our services or drop it off at our church during office hours. Please make all checks payable to The Chapel. If you prefer to mail your check, you may use the address below.
